Leonardo Da Vinci’s flying Machines
Leonardo da Vinci invented lots of spectacular inventions one of them was the parachute. He specialised in fling machines. He also studied the flight of birds. Da Vinci drew the drawings of a man-made fly machine. When he was about to make the life size machine he realized that the man that would fly the machine wouldn’t produce enough energy to even get it off the ground.

Leonardo Da Vinci Thought that birds fly by flapping their arms up and down. But birds actually fly by the rule of DRAG. Drag means the friction between wind and an object. The wind blows upwards and the bird opens up its wings. The wings act like flaps and the bird glides through the sky. The flapping of the bird’s wing is used to help the bird take off and touchdown. The wing also helps the bird get higher into the.

Information from my working partner that Leonardo Da Vinci could have been the best inventor in his time, he had very little effect on the technology of his time. Leonardo drew diagrams of his inventions, which he put in his notebooks, he might have just lost interest in building them or was never able to convince one of his wealthy patrons to finance construction of his designs. As a result, almost none of Leonardo’s inventions were built during his lifetime. And, because he never published his diagrams, nobody else knew about them his notebooks were found long after his death.

Some scientists say that the modern day Helicopter was based on Da Vinci’s Ornithopter the Ornithopter.

This is what it looks like

People say that the credit of the invention ‘Parachute’ went to a scientist called Sebastien Lenormand. But Leonardo Da Vinci actually came up with the idea a few hundred years before.

  4. Daniel, it was really impressive to observe you formally address the audience. By doing this you showed a strong sense of respect and an appropriate understanding of formal presentation skills.
Your actual presentation was filled with accurately researched information. While speaking to the audience you regularly looked up, conveying expression in your voice and engaging the audience.
While working on your project you remained focused, using all your time productively.
